A problem with a listing

Every listing page has a “Report Listing” control at the bottom of the contact panel. That is the fastest route — it tells us exactly which listing you mean and goes straight into the review queue.

Buying safely

UYC does not inspect, survey, value or verify listings or sellers, and never handles payment. Deal directly with the seller, view the item or arrange an independent survey where the value warrants it, and confirm ownership before transferring funds.

Everything else

A published support address is being set up. Until then, the quickest way to reach us about a specific listing is the report control on that listing, or a direct message on the UYC social channels.
